AI Brand Reputation Tracking
Strajist AI is a platform for tracking brand reputation using AI. It puts the questions your buyers ask to AI assistants on a schedule and records what came back: whether your brand was named, how it was described, and which competitors were named in your place. The readings come back as an AI Visibility Score, a share of voice figure and a competitor comparison, for each assistant separately.
How Strajist AI tracks your brand's reputation
Your reputation now forms partly inside answers you never see. A buyer asks an assistant which tool to use, gets a short list with reasons, and decides from it. That answer is generated for one person at the moment they ask and is never published, so there is no page to check afterwards and nothing to crawl. The only way to know what was said is to ask the same questions yourself, on a schedule, and keep the answers.
That is what Strajist does. You fix the set of questions your buyers actually ask and name the competitors you want measured against. Strajist puts that set to each assistant on a schedule and stores the full answer: which brands were named, in what order, how yours was described, and which pages the answer drew on.
Every assistant is reported on its own. The same question returns a different set of brands in one model than it does in another, and a blended average hides exactly the model where you have gone missing. Every plan covers ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews; Scale, Pro and Enterprise add Claude, Gemini and Grok. Tracking runs weekly on the entry plans and daily on Growth, Scale and Pro.
AI Visibility Score
The AI Visibility Score is a single 0-100 number for how visible your brand is across AI-generated answers. It aggregates mention frequency, sentiment, positioning and context quality, so one figure carries what four separate readings would otherwise tell you, and you can watch it daily, weekly and monthly.
Read it as a trend line rather than a diagnosis. A score can sit still while mention rate climbs after a content push and citation rate falls because assistants started answering from a competitor's newer source. That is why the inputs stay available on their own: a score that has not moved is not the same as a brand that has not moved.
Share of voice tracking
Share of voice is your portion of the brand mentions across a fixed question set. Because the set is fixed and the competitors are named, the figure is comparable from one week to the next: a change means the answers changed, not that someone reworded the prompt.
Strajist reports it per assistant rather than as one blended number. A brand can hold a strong share in one model and be absent from another, and the blend would show a comfortable middle that matches neither. Alongside it the platform records how often you are recommended rather than merely listed, and where in the answer you appear, since a name in the first sentence and a name in a closing aside do not carry the same weight.
Competitor analysis
You name the competitors you want measured, and they run on the same question set as your own brand, in the same assistants, on the same schedule. The comparison is like for like, which is what makes it usable: you can see the questions where a rival is named and you are not, and the questions where you are named ahead of them.
Because the sources behind each answer are stored, a rival's gain can be traced to the page an assistant started quoting. That is usually a third-party page rather than the competitor's own site, and it tells you where to go next. Competitor tracking is on every plan, from 5 competitors on the free plan to unlimited competitors on Pro.
Where a gap shows up, it becomes a task in the Action Center with the measurement behind it, and the question keeps being measured after the task is marked done, so you can see whether the fix moved anything.
